Undeterred began five years ago as a series of short videos following individuals living in the militarized borderlands and their subsequent evolution into community organizing. The resultant feature length documentary was made from dozens of hours of community protest and event footage and over fifty hours of interviews with borderlands residents and border “experts,” including the following that were not included in the film:
